About SPI Biopackaging Pty Ltd

The Earth is heating up. The early warning signs of global climate change are in — heat waves and warmer weather, spreading disease, earlier spring arrival …

Global warming is one of the most serious challenges facing us today. To protect the health and economic well-being of current and future generations, we must reduce our emissions of landfill gas resulted from plastics uses.

SPI Bio-Product has adopted innovative technology to convert renewable raw materials like corn starch into a polymer with similar properties as normal plastic products. The only difference between starch made and conventional plastic product is BIODEGRADABILITY, which the former ends up with CO2,H20 and biomass in a reasonable timeframe(mostly less than three years) comparing to the latter ‘s hundreds years.

We believe in CORN = Cherish, Obligation, Responsible, Natural.
